About Peter Gibbs

Qualified Sports

Massage Therapist

Peter has been a qualified sports massage therapist since qualifying in 1995 at the Welsh Sports Massage Institute and is treating local athletes as well as those on training holidays. This is especially useful for those on an intensive week's training schedule, when overtraining can give niggling injuries.

As a member of the
Register of Exercise Professionals, Level 3, in the UK, Peter can give advice on training schedules and recommend exercises on the multi-gym.
